This section is carefully crafted to provide you with important information regarding the design process and the logo bundles, as well as everything in between, to help guide you through the creative journey.

The Process

  • We’ll have an open chat to make sure our goals align and that we’re the right fit for each other. If everything clicks, we’ll seal the deal with a signed agreement and a 50% upfront payment to kick off the project. Easy peasy.

  • This is our chance to really dig into what makes your brand unique, and to make sure we're on the same page from the start. I'll take care of the research, looking into your industry, checking out the competition, and spotting any trends that might inspire us.

  • You'll receive a curated selection of initial concepts that align with the package you've chosen. Each concept will come with a brief explanation of the inspiration behind it and how it connects to your brand. This presentation will give you a clear vision of the possibilities, making it easy for us to move forward with the design that best represents your vision.

  • You'll share your thoughts on the selected concept(s), and together, we'll discuss any adjustments you'd like to see. This is a collaborative process, and together we'll make sure you're happy with the final result.

  • You'll receive the finalized designs in a variety of versatile files ready to use formats for both print and digital purposes. This way, the designs will look great no matter where you choose to showcase them.

The Bundles

  • Depending on the bundle and how quickly we move through feedback rounds, the whole process usually takes about two to six weeks. We’ll agree on a timeline upfront and I’ll keep you updated as we go. It’s imperative we keep in touch on a regular basis so that the revision process goes as smoothly as possible.

  • If something doesn’t hit the mark, we’ll fine-tune the designs within the limits of the included rounds of revisions. Let’s say you love the logo design but feel the font is too bold or the color doesn’t feel quite right. When it comes to revisions, we’ll follow the golden rule - it’s about refining, not reinventing.

  • Fret not! In a nutshell, each bundle comes with it’s own set of highly usable deliverables. All the logo formats are optimized for screens (ensuring your logo looks sharp and clear online) and for print (you’ll be set for brochures, business cards, merchandise, etc)

    For Digital Use: .png, .jpeg, .svg, .gif

    For Print Use: .pdf

  • Brand colors provide foundational color codes for consistency, a basic guide includes essential branding elements like logos, typography, and basic color usage. In contrast, a detailed guide offers comprehensive instructions for logo usage, typography, color application, and more, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and scenarios.

    What does that mean? It means that you won’t just receive a logo and be sent on your way - even the most basic bundle will support that logo with an array of carefully chosen colors matching your business niche, acting as a solid foundation to build the brand on.

  • Why not? If you want to combine concepts and revision sets from one bundle and add a different brand guide or set of deliverables to it, maybe even drop in some additional packaging or other designs - I’m up for it! You'll get a customized budget proposal with the deliverables for review and we can be on our creative way.

  • Extensive brand discovery is a collaborative process designed to deeply understand your business, target audience, and goals. It ensures your branding is strategically aligned with your vision. The process includes:

    • Client Questionnaire: A comprehensive questionnaire to gather information about your business, values, audience, and competitors.

    • Discovery Session: A 1–2-hour meeting (in person or virtual) to discuss your answers in detail and clarify your brand’s positioning.

    • Market Research: A brief analysis of competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.

    • Creative Direction: Development of a concept board summarizing the brand’s tone, style, and visual direction.

    • Brand Recap Document: A PDF summarizing findings, including insights on your audience, market, and strategic recommendations for the brand.
