The Process

  • We’ll talk goals, scope, and timeline to make sure the fit is right. If it clicks, the project starts with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Straightforward, no surprises.

  • We start by defining the essentials - your goals, your audience, your position. From there, research covers the industry, competitors, and visual trends worth ignoring or using. The point is clarity, before anything even gets designed.

  • You’ll get a curated set of logo concepts based on your chosen bundle - each with a short rationale behind the design and direction. This step puts the strongest ideas on the table so we can move forward with the one that fits best.

  • Once you’ve picked a direction, you’ll send feedback. Revisions are made based on what’s needed - refinements, not redos. The goal is a final result that’s tight, clear, and built to last.

  • Final files are prepped and packaged for both print and digital—no weird formats, no missing pieces. You’ll get everything you need to use your brand right away, wherever it needs to show up.

The Bundles

  • Most projects land between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the bundle and how quick the feedback loop is. We’ll set a timeline before we start -and I’ll keep things on track as long as you stay in the loop.

  • Yes. If the standard bundles don’t quite fit, we can mix and match - concepts, revisions, brand guides, packaging, whatever you need. You’ll get a clear proposal with custom deliverables and pricing. No fluff, no overbuying.

  • If something doesn’t hit the mark, we’ll fine-tune the designs within the limits of the included rounds of revisions. Let’s say you love the logo design but feel the font is too bold or the color doesn’t feel quite right. When it comes to revisions, we’ll follow the golden rule - it’s about refining, not reinventing.

  • Yes. Even the starter bundle includes carefully selected brand colors to support your logo - no random hex codes, no guesswork. Higher-tier bundles come with a full brand guide: logos, type, colors, layout tips - everything you need to keep your visuals consistent across platforms. Use it right, and your brand won’t just look good. It’ll make sense.

  • It’s the part where we stop pretending a logo can fix unclear positioning.
    This is strategy for people building something real - not rushing to post it.

    You’ll get:

    • A 1–2 hour deep-dive to strip it all down

    • A market scan to see what’s out there (and how not to blend in)

    • A creative direction board that sets the tone

    This is for brands that want to get it right from the inside out.

  • Editable files aren’t included in most bundles. You’ll get polished, ready-to-use formats - no need to tweak or rebuild anything. If you choose the Reign Supreme bundle, you’ll will receive working files in .PSD and .AI formats. That tier is made for full control. That being said, if you’ll need changes down the line, reach out - I offer update options for returning clients.

  • Each bundle comes with a clear set of ready-to-use files - screen, print, merch, etc. You’ll get formats for both digital and physical use, labeled and organized.

    For Digital: .png, .jpeg, .svg, .gif
    For Print: .pdf

    Nothing you won’t need. Nothing missing.

The Burning Q’s

  • Nope. You don’t need a creative brief written in blood. You just need a general sense of your business, audience, and vibe. That’s what the process is for - shaping direction together. If you already know exactly what you want down to the pixel, this might not be the right studio.

  • Good branding doesn’t break when things shift. Everything’s designed with flexibility in mind, from logos to color systems, so your brand can evolve without starting over.
    If you make a big move later on, I offer rebrand support and identity updates to keep things aligned.

  • Feedback is part of the process - not a detour. Each round has a clear focus, so we don’t get stuck chasing changes. You’ll have space to give notes, ask questions, and flag anything that’s off. I’ll handle the rest. Revisions are thoughtful, not endless.

  • They’ll reflect what matters - your tone, your positioning, your intent. Every design decision is made with alignment in mind. Nothing’s aesthetic for the sake of it. If it doesn’t reflect who you are and how you show up, it doesn’t make the cut.
