When you submit a project blueprint via our intake form, we collect your name, email address, and the project details you voluntarily provide. This data is used solely to evaluate your design needs, communicate with you regarding a potential build, and execute our branding services. We do not use this data for automated marketing loops or newsletters.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for processing your data is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract once initialized.
3. Data Retention & Security
Your communications and project details are stored securely within our encrypted operational systems and communication channels. We retain this data only as long as necessary to fulfill our business relationship or to comply with standard legal and accounting obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
Payments and digital product deliveries are processed securely off-site via Gumroad. We do not store or process your financial data or credit card numbers on our servers. Gumroad maintains its own independent, GDPR-compliant privacy architecture.
